José de Jesús Roberto Martínez y Gutiérrez (born 1917) is a traditionalist Catholic bishop. He was ordained a priest on May 26, 1946 by Leopoldo Díaz y Escudero, Auxiliary Bishop of Zamora, Michoacán, Mexico, and consecrated bishop on June 18, 1982 by Moisés Carmona.
