David Garrard | PERSON

David Douglas Garrard (born February 14, 1978 in East Orange, New Jersey) is an American football quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at East Carolina University.
